About Paul

Professor Paul Harpur is an ARC Future Fellow at the TC Beirne School of Law and The University of Queensland – and also a member of the ACSES Advisory Board. Drawing from best practice and pending regulatory reforms, this lecture will show how universities can become disability champions of change.
