The Disability Employment Australia (DEA) Conference is dedicated to significantly increasing open employment outcomes for people with disability

The 2021 national conference is the ideal gathering place for the people central and significant to the future planning and future-proofing of disability employment policy, design, model and practice. And that means you!

DEA’s annual conference is a significant opportunity for you to engage directly with what is going on in disability and employment policy, programs and practice. This year, the conference consists of two jam-packed days of the latest sector developments, best practice program ideas and big picture thinking.

Have you got a presentation for the breakout sessions? Aside from the 2021 keynote speakers and panels, there is always much to digest and contemplate, be challenged by and challenge during the breakout sessions. DEA welcomes suggestions for a breakout session at this year’s conference.

The DEA Conference is Australasia’s premier conference for managers, aspiring managers, practitioners, and academics working in or with the disability employment services sector. Anyone with an interest in employment assistance for people with disability including:
