The Australian Centre for Student Equity and Success acknowledges Indigenous peoples across Australia as the Traditional Owners of the lands on which the nation’s campuses are situated. With a history spanning more than 60,000 years as the original educators, Indigenous peoples hold a unique place in our nation. We recognise the importance of their knowledge and culture, and reflect the principles of participation, equity, and cultural respect in our work. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and future, and consider it an honour to learn from our Indigenous colleagues, partners, and friends.

Event information

The National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education (NCSEHE) invites you to attend a free one-day Monitoring and Evaluation Forum, aimed at providing practitioners with the tools necessary to monitor and evaluate projects.

The day will include a mix of small group work, expert presentation and question and answer sessions. The group work component is an opportunity for attendees to share their projects with colleagues. Attendees are asked to please bring along details of their project/s.

The forum is a chance to:

  • understand the Theory of Change and learn how to apply the Program Logic model to plan, monitor and evaluate equity programs
  • understand the basic elements of monitoring and evaluation and how to apply these elements to projects
  • share projects with colleagues and make new inter-university connections, and
  • take away a complete set of forum handouts, which may be referred to again later as a resource.
